Primarily residential properties and small income properties (2–4 units) for conventional loans (under $1 million).
I can also appraise properties over $1 million for private clients, flips, or other non-conventional purposes.
Additional Information:
I have been appraising since 2008 (18 years total) and have operated independently for the past 14 years. I have worked extensively in the Tuolumne County area for most of that time, having first connected with Michael Bustamonte during the post-2008 market recovery. My mother lives in the Phoenix Lake / Camino Del Parque area, which is one of the reasons I’ve continued serving Tuolumne County regularly.
